Raw Material Galvanized steel, strip thickness: 0.4 ~ 1.0 mm
Process Coil→Roll forming →flying cut-off after forming → Finished products.
Features 1. Forming roller transmitting system: Driven by AC motor on a common shaft,
    individual reduction gear for each roll forming stand.
    All rollers are running simultaneously.
2. Forming line speed: 70.0 meters/minute. Forming speed is adjustable.
    22-24 Pieces/min in 3 meters long product.
3. Automatic hydraulic fly shearing cut-off device:
    Designed hydraulic power system for easy and long-hour operation.
4. Cut-off is in SKD11 die steel, vacuum heat treatment to HRC 58-61°,
    wear-resistance, good rigid structure and long life.
5. Products length: 1.5 – 3.0 meters, length is adjustable.
6. Length tolerance is ±3.0mm.
7. Special design of cutting tool holder for easy cutting tool change.

  2. Forming steps: 8 stations with entry guide stand.
  3. The main machine base is assembled by high-strength steel with precise welding
    stress relief treatment. Each stand will have an individual worm gear reduction,
    and a common drive shaft to drive all rollers running simultaneously.
  4. Main driven motor: 15 HP.
  5. Forming rollers: one full set
  6. Roller shaft: Ø 45mm, in material of S45C mild steel.
      Rollers are in SKD11 die steel with vacuum heat treatment to
      hardness HRC 58-61, wear-resistant and durable.
