Raw material Galvanized steel: Strip thickness: 0. 5 ~ 1.0mm           
Process Coil →Roll forming → Automatic punching & cut-off after forming → Finished products.
Features 1. Forming roller transmitting system :
    Individual worn gear reduction for each roller stand driven by a common drive shaft.
    All roller stands will be running simultaneously.
2. Roll forming speed: 50-60M per minute.
    And speed is adjustable. 13-15 pieces per minute in length of 3 meters.
3. Automatic hydraulic punching and cut-off device:
    Design with hydraulic power system, for easy and long-hours operation.
    Cut-off blade is in material of SKD11, vacuum heat 
treatment,
    Hardness HRC 58-61°, wear-resistant, rigid structure.

    Products length: 1M – 4.5M (or longer), length is adjustable.
    Length tolerance is within ±3.0mm.
4.Special design of punching and cutting holder with facilitated design to release
    and change the cutting and punching die sets.

5.The quick roller exchange system for multiple profiles application.

  3. The main machine base is made of high-strength steel with precise welding,
      stress relief treatment. Each stand will have an individual worm gear reduction,
      and common drive shaft to drive all rollers are running simultaneously.

  4. Main driven motor: 25 HP motor
  5. Roll forming rollers: one full set for studs & tracks
  6. Roller shaft: Ø50mm, in S45C mild steel.
  7. Rollers: in alloy steel SKD11 with vacuum heat treatment,
      Hardness HRC 58-61°, wear-resistant, rigid structure and durable.
  8. Roll forming speed: Max 40 ~ 45 meters/minute. Roll forming speed is adjustable.
  9. Product length: 3 meters or adjustable.
  10. Cooling and lubrication system (1/2HP pump) for forming Rollers x 1 set
